Art. 1 – The Organizer
The Organizer is:
SC LA BRASA SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 5, Str. Sold. Ene Modoran, No. 5B, with tax identification number RO33208319, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/6263/2014.

Art. 2 – Participants
Any individual aged 18 or older who purchases products from the affiliated locations of this program may enroll in the loyalty program. Employees of the Alioli Group (the organizing companies mentioned above and the operators of the affiliated locations) are not allowed to participate in this program.
Art. 3 – Affiliated Locations
The program is valid only within the affiliated locations.
All products sold by the affiliated locations are included in this loyalty program, except for: offers, products with negotiated prices, themed events (e.g., New Year’s Eve, weddings, baptisms, etc.), lunch menus, and promotions. Additionally, loyalty points are not awarded for tips given to staff at the affiliated locations.

Art. 4 – Terms and Definitions
Virtual Card – A loyalty card associated with the ALIOLI GROUP app, generated upon request based on a user’s enrollment in the program. It is mandatory for recording all loyalty transactions generated by the program’s benefits.
Physical Card – A loyalty card issued by the Organizer in a physical plastic format with a magnetic strip, QR code, or barcode for unique member identification. It is mandatory for recording all loyalty transactions generated by the program’s benefits.
Loyalty Points – Completing specific loyalty transactions as outlined in these Terms and Conditions is rewarded with a percentage of the amount paid in the form of points, which can be used according to the conditions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
Accumulation Rate – The percentage set by the Organizer for awarding loyalty points (e.g., 10% of the bill value. For example, a bill of 100 RON accumulates 10 RON in points).
Redemption Rate – The financial value of one accumulated point in the loyalty program relative to the national currency.
Commercial Communication– Any form of communication with the user involving the promotion of services offered by the Organizer.
Push Notifications – A type of notification sent to the user’s mobile phone from the loyalty app.
Email – A type of notification sent to the user’s email.
Personalized Communication – Refers to the analysis, monitoring, and granting of gifts based on personal data provided (e.g., birthday vouchers, if applicable) and based on the member’s actions in the loyalty program.
Feedback – Evaluation provided by any member of the loyalty program after paying a bill.

Art. 5 – The Virtual Card
Cardholders using an ANDROID or IOS smartphone with the ALIOLI GROUP app will no longer need the physical card/QR code. The app can replace the card/QR code. Those who already possess a physical card with a magnetic strip and wish to transfer points to the ALIOLI GROUP virtual account must contact the support department (email: loyalty@alioli.ro ).
Points can be accumulated or redeemed through the ALIOLI GROUP app or physically at any ALIOLI GROUP location.
For point accumulation/redemption in restaurants, the app will generate a unique QR code that will be scanned by the waiter/cashier, establishing a connection between the customer’s account and the waiter/cashier’s tablet. At the end of the order, the customer can choose their preferred payment method: online payment (with a bank card), payment with loyalty points, or payment to the waiter/cashier (cash or bank card). Points are credited to the account only after the bill is paid.
Virtual cardholders can order products from ALIOLI GROUP locations through the ALIOLI GROUP app under „order for pickup.”
Payment can also be made through the app using a bank card via the „Netopia Payments” interface. The payment system is secure, ensuring confidentiality, security, and simplicity in online purchases. Card data goes directly to the bank, and no one else has access to it. In case of unfulfilled pickup orders paid through the app, the money will be refunded to the customer’s card or, in the case of loyalty points, to the ALIOLI GROUP account as soon as possible.
Cards accepted for payment in the app are those issued by Romanian and foreign banks under the VISA and MasterCard brands.

In this loyalty program, all products sold by the affiliated locations are included, except for predefined offers (Breakfast Menus, Lunch Menus,Kids Menus, Pensioners’ Menu, Student Menu, Dinner Menus, All You Can Eat, personal services, promotional vouchers, etc.), themed events (e.g., New Year’s Eve, etc.), or events such as weddings, baptisms, weddings, etc. In the case of tour operators who choose predefined menus, no points will be accumulated. For tour operators who benefit from menus designed with products from the restaurant’s à la carte menu, ALIOLI GROUP points will be accumulated. Additionally, loyalty points are not awarded for tips given by customers to the service staff at the affiliated locations.

Art. 6 – Duration
The loyalty program is valid for 10 years. The issuer of physical or virtual cards reserves the right to discontinue the program at its discretion, but accumulated loyalty points can be used under the same conditions until exhausted.
Accounts with no loyalty activity (i.e., no point accumulation on bills) for the last 365 days will be deleted.
Points accumulated but not used within 365 calendar days from the date of accumulation will be canceled.
Art. 7 – Validity Conditions
To benefit from the Alioli loyalty program, the customer must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
- a) The participant must meet the conditions in Art. 2.
- b) The customer must register their card with personal data by downloading the ALIOLI GROUP app, available on Apple Store and Google Play. Upon registration, the cardholder may periodically receive newsletters and other information from the issuer if they check the „Contact Preferences” section (Profiling-Email-Notifications).
- c) The virtual card can be used and accumulates points from the moment it is created by the customer.
- d) The virtual card has unlimited validity.
The following fields will be required upon registration:
Name – for identifying the user and personalized communication via email and/or mobile app;
Surname – for identifying the user and personalized communication via email and/or mobile app;
Date of Birth – for providing a birthday gift;
Gender – for delivering personalized messages and analyzing the Alioli Group member base;
Email – for uniquely identifying the account created on the platform and sending transactional emails related to the service provided;
Phone – necessary for validating reservations made by members or for delivery orders.
Art. 8 – Granting and Usage
Granting: The physical card is obtained on-site at affiliated locations upon request.
- For each purchase of products and services, the loyalty card account will be credited with points equivalent to a percentage (10%) of the bill value, provided the card/QR code is presented at the time of payment (1 point = 1 RON). For example, for a bill of 1,000 RON, the accumulated points that can be used for the next purchase are 100 RON (1,000 RON * 10% = 100 RON). The account can also be loaded through the ALIOLI GROUP app under „Buy Points.” Amounts loaded this way are converted into points (e.g., 100 RON loaded at the counter = 110 points, as the 10% bonus is automatically added). Points can be used for any subsequent purchase. Points are valid for 365 days from accumulation. For orders paid with points, the 10% bonus will not be awarded.
- Usage: Depending on the cardholder’s preference, accumulated points can be used starting with the next purchase or can be accumulated in the account. If the customer pays a bill entirely with points, they will not receive a bonus for that purchase. If the bill is partially paid with previously accumulated points, the customer will receive points only for the amount paid in cash or by bank card. For payments via bank transfer, the bonus will be transferred after the full payment for the purchased products is received.To accumulate or spend points, customers must present their loyalty card. The exception is smartphone owners who have a QR code received via email after completing the online form, activated in the system under the same name. By scanning the QR code, they opt for the accumulation or consumption of points. Loyalty points are not awarded for rewarding the personnel of affiliated locations, nor can the points in the account be used for this purpose.
Art. 9 – Orders and Delivery
For orders placed through the ALIOLI GROUP app, you will accumulate 10% of the bill value (1 point = 1 RON).
*If you purchase one of our promotional offers (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner, or 1+1), you will not benefit from this 10% accumulation.
Art. 10 – Alioli Loyalty Program Regulation
Each card associated with the „Alioli” loyalty program is unique and assigned to one person. The customer must complete the online form available at www.alioli.ro / www.pescaderia.ro or directly in the Alioli Group app.
If the information is incomplete or incorrect, the Organizer has the right to block the card. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the use of the card by persons other than those registered in the Alioli Loyalty Program. Cardholders must report the loss or theft of the card to the Customer Care Department at loyalty@alioli.ro. The Organizer is not responsible for points spent from the accumulated balance during the period before the loss or theft is reported. The accumulated bonus can be used within 365 calendar days from the date of accumulation. Misuse or fraudulent use of the Alioli Loyalty Program by the cardholder will result in the withdrawal of the card and exclusion from the program. The card has no commercial value and is issued free of charge. Cash cannot be issued for the value of the points accumulated in the card account. This card is not a payment or credit card or any other means of payment. The issuer and owner of this card are the Organizer and the operators of the affiliated locations, who reserve the right to discontinue the loyalty program or cancel the card at any time. The card can be used in accordance with this regulation, which is also available at www.alioli.ro. The card must be protected against damage. The „Alioli” loyalty program is not a lottery, as each cardholder receives points corresponding to their purchases.
Art. 11 – Other Clauses
The Organizer reserves the right to modify this Regulation during the existence of the „Alioli” loyalty program without prior notice. The modified version will be communicated to customers by posting on the website www.alioli.ro and/or through newsletters. This Regulation is made freely available to customers at all affiliated locations and on the website www.alioli.ro .
